How a change is made, and how to reserve the week it becomes
Seven steps, written out so nothing about the order surprises you. You name what to break; the office works out what breaks with it.
Write and say which parts of the shape you want changed, and the office answers inside one working day with what that does to the week and to the figure.
Two parts of the shape can usually be changed together, three begins to cost more than either change is worth, and the office will say which case you are in.
The seven steps in order
One. Read the shape
Eight nights, one base, a car, two hours out. It takes four minutes and everything else refers to it.
Two. Name the part
Say which part is wrong for you. Not a country, a part: the nights, the base, the car, the season.
Three. The office answers
Within one working day, in writing, saying what else moves when that part moves.
Four. The knock-on is named
Dropping the car usually adds nights. Adding bases usually adds cost per night. You are told which before you decide.
Five. One figure comes back
For the whole week, for two sharing, with what is inside it and what is not.
Six. Your turn
Until you reply, nothing has been held. No deposit reaches this office and no card field exists anywhere in these pages.
Seven. The supplier confirms
The company running the week writes to you in its own name and invoices you directly.
What holding a week actually means here
Not a cent moves through here. The supplier bills you under its own name, and what this office earns reaches it from that supplier weeks later.
Nothing on this page holds anything. A week is held when the supplier writes to you and you write back, and not one moment before that.
