Do I have to start from the house shape?
No, but every page here is written as though you have read it, so starting anywhere else means more back and forth. The shape takes four minutes to read and it is the vocabulary the rest of the site uses. People who skip it usually come back to it.
Can I change more than one part?
Yes, and the book is full of weeks that change two or three. What the office will do is tell you when the parts fight each other. Do you arrange the flights?

Do you handle entry documents or insurance?

Do you publish reviews or ratings?
No, and there is no plan to. Stars, testimonials and awards would all have to be taken on trust, and this office cannot check a single one of them. In their place you get the shape itself, the parts it is made of, and the figure attached to changing each part.
Who takes my money?
The company running the week, in its own name, under its own terms. Not a cent moves through this office and nothing about your card is seen or stored here. The office is paid a commission by that supplier afterwards.
Is the office really in Birmingham?
Yes, and the address and the telephone number stand at the top of every page on this site. The weeks themselves are in Europe and Japan; the desk that arranges them is in Alabama, which is the ordinary arrangement for an agency and is stated here because people ask.
